woahh..few more weeks of school >ohkay, the sci centre trip? Fun bahs O.o
We all got dere then eat Mac (: then mrs singh let us wonder around..
so fun! I went wif Emily, Wei Lynn n JOEL?!? we didn't noe y he
was following us.. -_- anyway, the lecture was..well, truth is..kinda boring.
I tried to understand but my brain wasn't functioning properly?
The Omni Theatre thing was way cool! Dunno if any of u noticed,
but i'm afriad of heights. Haha..yea, but of course nt SOOO scared (:
still manageble, in a sense, the seat was kinda high up n dere was nth infront of u
except the other seat, which was near ur feet, so..yea, scary X:
The show was amazing ^^ awesome, i wud hav to say. hehe.
Today, we watched 'Cars' in the morning . nice bah~
Then the malay students went to their classes, the chinese students
watched 'liang shan bo yu ju li yue' (the animated version) also known as 'The Butterfly Lovers' n '梁祝' i love it! But we didn't watch it finish.
It's suppose to be sumthing lyk Romeo&Juliet. Kinda different too.
As the only daughter with ambitions beyond domesticity in a well-to-do family, Zhu Yingtai (Juliet) disguises herself as a man and travels to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, to study at an old-style private school. There, she meets the handsome scholar Liang Shan-bo(Romeo). They become sworn brothers and soul mates, studying together for three years.
Zhu Yingtai falls more and more deeply in love with Liang Shan-Bo, who has no clue as to her real identity. But when Jo reveals her secret, Liang Shan-Bo promptly falls for her -- only to learn that her parents have betrothed her to the playboy Ma Wencai, scion of a rich and powerful family. Aware that his beloved is unattainable, Liang Shan-Bo begins to waste away, finally dying after a beating by Ma Wencai's goons. Distraught, Zhu Yingtai goes to Liang Shan-Bo's tomb in her scarlet bridal gown, and magically, her beloved Liang Sha-Bo appears. The duo transform into two beautiful butterflies together, forever.
It's a beautiful story ^^ I'm gonna try n look for the disc..heehee.
